ROYAL COLLEGE grade 3 student was tortured by a male teacher & the matter was complained to NCPA . Suspect /abuser was not arrested . With the blessings of NCPA police OIC , the suspect appeared before the magistrate on 13/04/2025 and resumed bail.

NCPA as usual has protected the child abuser.
